Mixologist Magazine
Page layout, desktop & mobile prototypes

The goal of this project was to explore highly visual multi-page design (both print and digital) by creating a unique magazine piece. Since I have worked in the liquor industry, I wanted to tap into my knowledge of local spirits. Hence, Mixologist was born, an editorial focused on distilling in the PNW.

My design concept was relatively simple: create a clean look where color choices reflect the feature of he issue. For this issue, the color was taken from Mr. Pickles' fur (the pit bull). For the Mixologist digital prototypes, a black and white format was chosen to keep the content neutral and open to change. These pages are intended to be part of a larger trade publication.
